Karina

Office Manager

Karina has been with Willowdaile Family Dentistry for over nine years. She thinks that our team is amazing and sees them as part of her family. Karina’s job is to help patients in any way that she can, whether it is translating or explaining their treatment or payment options. “We are here to help you get your smile and confidence back! Karina has a teenage daughter and likes to color, work out, listen to True Crime podcasts and go on one-day road trips during her free time.

Steven

Insurance Coordinator

Steven received his associate of arts degree and started working at Willowdaile Family Dentistry one year ago. As the insurance coordinator, he feels as if his job is like playing detective with the bonus of shaming huge corporations. Don’t worry, he doesn’t handle any drills. His favorite part about working here is the sense of closeness among the team, as if they are a second family.

Steven is married to his wife, Ell, and they have a dog named Pebbles. He likes writing, watching movies and playing video games.

Yaire

Receptionist

Yaire has been with us for a year and a half. She loves her coworkers and likes how her job is in the field she is studying. Her goal is to continue developing her skills and maintaining a positive attitude. She wants people to know that dental care is extremely important for your hygiene, and to make sure to get checked at least every six months.

Yaire has two siblings and a pet, and likes going to the gym, taking Pilate classes, spending time with friends and going to church on Sundays.

Alejandra

Appointment Coordinator

Alejandra has been with the practice for three years. She thinks the best part about working here is seeing the patients leave happy after their visit. Her responsibilities include answering the phone with great customer service when patients call to make their appointment. She also appreciates the knowledge and skills she’s learned from her job on how to protect teeth. She advises future patients to always take care of your teeth, and to remember to brush and floss.

Alejandra loves anything to do with art.

Lindsey

Dental Hygienist

Lindsey graduated from the UNC School of Dentistry in 2005. She decided at 12-years-old that she wanted to be a hygienist, and she loves it! She started working with our team six years ago and likes being a part of the family culture at Willowdaile Family Dentistry. She loves providing excellent care to all her patients through building relationships with trust. She looks forward to providing care and friendship with all her patients while providing excellent care and working together to achieve healthy smiles.

Lindsey likes spending time with family and friends, playing disc golf, reading and going on beach vacations.

Kim

Dental Assistant

Kim graduated from the Alamance Community College Dental Assisting program. She has been working with our team for seven years and loves helping people smile again. She gives 130% to her patients and team, whom she enjoys working with, and enjoys the different varieties of her job. Kim wants people to know that we as a team are here to help our community and to give the best care to everyone.

Kim’s family means everything to her. Her family consists of her daughter and grand-dog. Her hobbies include relaxing as well as going to the pool, beach or Charleston with her family.

Wendy

Dental Hygienist

Wendy went to Onondaga Community College where she graduated with honors with her associate’s degree in applied sciences in 1994. She has been a part of our team for three years and is sometimes able to treat complex dases with over 30 years of experience. Her job is part of who she is and is a validation that you can work every day of your life and still love what you do. Wendy definitely loves our stellar team where each person plays such an important role in our success. She wants to let patients know to never be afraid or ashamed to visit the dentist. Her goal is to help you to keep your teeth for a lifetime. Systemically, people are healthier when bad bacteria in the mouth is controlled. Wendy is a proud wife (married almost 40 years), a mom and a grandma. She absolutely loves her dogs, including every stary, rescue and foster! She enjoys traveling, water sports, camping and the great outdoors.

Brandi

Dental Assistant

Brandi has received two associate degrees and has been with Willowdaile Family Dentistry for eight years. She likes to help people feel more confident when coming to the dentist while keeping laughter in the office. She loves being part of a wonderful team that has the same goals when it comes to serving the patients in our community. She wants patients to remember that “self-care is always the first care.”

Brandi’s hobbies include traveling the world, collecting perfume and lipstick, and knitting scarves.

Wendy

Dental Assistant

Wendy went to University of North Carolina Wilmington and University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill for her dental assisting program, which she graduated with in 1995. She has been with Willowdaile Family Dentistry for almost 20 years.

Sydney

Dental Assistant

Sydney received both her associates of arts and her dental assistant certification at Alamance Community College. She has been working as part of our team for three years and enjoys helping our patients receive pain relief as well as forming connections with them. She knows that the dental office is not everyone’s favorite place, but we are here to make you feel comfortable as possible and help ease any dental anxiety you may have. Sydney loves how her coworkers are a true team where everyone plays a major roll in getting everyone through the day.

Sydney has a dog named Tia and a cat named Marco. She loves being outside and enjoys any outdoor activities such as going on trails with her dog.
